Watercolor Journaling Session 1

Create a watercolor journal that is uniquely yours!

Join us as we create beautiful watercolor journals in this class led by award winning artist, Colleen Carter. This is a class for those who would enjoy a weekly creative break with others in a fun studio environment. You will learn drawing skills, watercolor painting, various paper crafts of journal making and so much more. Through demonstrations and plenty of individual attention, you will create something unique as you fill your journal with paintings, poems, collages, photographs and whatever inspires you. No experience is needed – just a desire to relax in a fun atmosphere with others while you learn new skills and create something beautiful! Each session lasts 6 weeks. Students are encouraged to enroll in both sessions. Session 1 – students will complete assembly of journal and decoupaged cover, and draw or paint several pages. Sessions 2 – students will further develop drawing and painting skills learned in Session 1 as they complete their journals.

Session 1 is a prerequisite for enrolling in further sessions.
